The Cornish Rex originated in Cornwall England and got its complete name because its curly fur looks like the Rex rabbit of that area. This breed is quite agile and enjoys playing but it is not for the busy family because it can become mischievous if overlooked to left to its own devises. The breed has a short coat that comes in many colors and patterns. Because it’s fur sheds much less than other cat breeds, people with allergies can often times have a Cornish Rex as it is as close to hypoallergenic as a cat breed can be.
