Gordon Setter Tea Cup Green Holiday Ornament

The Gordon Setter originated in Scotland back in the early 17th century. The hunters of Scotland thought this black and tan dog was a perfect bird dog. This breed also has extreme loyalty to their family, especially the children making them very popular with active families. Their long black and tan coats require brushing to avoid matting and they need daily rigorous exercise to stay in good physical and mental health. The Gordon is the heaviest of the setter breeds and what they lack in speed, they make up for in endurance. The AKC recognized this breed in 1884 in the Sporting Group. They range in size from 23 to 27 inches tall at the withers and weight 45 to 80 pounds.

We combine our Tiny Ones series of hand painted, breed specific figurines with our Green decorated tan tea cup to create a delightful three dimensional ornament perfect for any special occasion like birthdays or Christmas. The tea cups are even decorated INSIDE with a gold toned rim and decorative stripe on the handle. On the outside, both sides have a tiny delicate pine cones, plus berries and leaves. These unique items are stone resin and individually blister packaged, ready to give as gift or hang in your store.
