The Siamese is a long lean cat with light color body and darker points. The short fur that shines like satin and baby blue eyes is what makes this breed unmistakable. The Siamese is a natural chatterbox and is not the breed to have if you are not home a lot as they become lonely and sad without human companionship. This breed is thought to have originated in Siam, now Thailand where it was believed that when a person passed away, their soul entered the cat, so after a death the cat was moved to a Temple and live the rest of its life in Luxury.
